The Digital Classroom 2.0
What is it i hear you ask? If you watch Top Gear on the BBC then you will be on the right track.
Hi guys. Lots happening today! I had a meeting with Kirsten from Do-Be talking about a great new Do-Be product (Remember Do-Be are the people who support us in using MP4’s in the class).
I have printed the forms for the pupils that wish to take an MP4 player and i have ALL the Podcasts ready to be loaded onto them. All i need is your signed form, returned to me, and you can be the new owner of an MP4 player.
Oh, and check out our departmental Horsey ——————->
You can make your own ‘voki’. I think they are cool!
Hi all. I’m delighted to tell you all that TmT has passed the milestone 1000 Page Hits. Pretty incredible for a blog that has been running just 3 months (7 weeks of which were holidays). We have had visitors from all over the world including Austrailia, America, South Africa, China, Switzerland and Thailand!!! Thank you all for your support – especially the comments from parents!
So lets celebrate in style by pushing that hit count all the way towards 2ooo throughout the next 9 months?
Keep watching TmT for study notes, hints, help and everything technical you will almost ever need!

Our new Product Design class have passed their first assessment on the Design Process and are now working on assessment 2 – Colour Theory. Congrats to all and good luck on Friday with assessment 2!
We are working on ‘Factors that influence design’ at the moment and developing our skills in Graphic Communication. (To help with our Design Folio Presentations).
Of course, it should be easy-peasy to pass the assessment as the study notes and Podcast can all be found on TmT.
Fingers Crossed……..(And check the Graphics Page for the notes!!!)

The Final Practical Project Brief has now been posted online via Google Documents. You can link to the document HERE. ALL pupils should ensure that they have a copy (either written or printed) with them in class at all times from today.
Podcast 1 and 2 should help you in the coming weeks at home and in class.
Welcome back everyone. Its been a long summer and TMT is ready to go for its first full year teaching. Keep checking for the latest news and information on all things technical.
